Clean Rooms API Version: 10.3

The following new features and changes are now available in Snowflake Data Clean Rooms:

Reference usage grants update: You can now include a dataset with a Snowflake policy defined in a different database than the source. To do so, you must grant your clean room access to that policy database to be able to link the data into a clean room.
