Aug 14, 2026: CoCo Desktop v1.21.0

CoCo Desktop v1.21.0 adds enterprise device-management enforcement on macOS, more in-app file previews in agent mode, and fixes a sign-in loop that could open browser tabs indefinitely:

  • Enterprise device-management enforcement (macOS): On managed macOS devices, CoCo Desktop enforces your organization’s MDM policy at the app-version, connect, and inference gates, including the per-account allowed authentication methods. Unmanaged devices are unaffected.
  • More file previews in agent mode: Preview .pdf, .csv, .pptx, .docx, .html, and .ipynb files directly in the app while working with the agent.
  • Fixed: repeated SSO sign-in tabs: With external-browser or OAuth authorization-code sign-in, leaving CoCo Desktop open no longer opens browser sign-in tabs indefinitely.

This release also speeds up catalog installs and hardens zsh shell integration, including on SSH remotes.
