June 03, 2024 — New EMBED_TEXT_1024 function for 1024 dimensional output vectors

With this release, we are pleased to announce the availability of a vector embedding function that outputs 1024 dimension vectors. This function enables important applications that require semantic vector search and retrieval.

The EMBED_TEXT_1024 function is available in the following region:

  • AWS US West 2 (Oregon)
