Snowflake Native App Framework：为账户中的所有应用程序启用事件共享¶

Currently, consumers with a role that has the MANAGE EVENT SHARING privilege can describe, enable, and disable event sharing for any app they have privileges to view. However, this requires other privileges to be granted to the role in order to be able to view the app.

Before the change:: 即使使用者使用具有 MANAGE EVENT SHARING 权限的角色，也需要对应用程序对象具有额外权限才能配置事件共享。
After the change:: 具有 MANAGE EVENT SHARING 权限的使用者可以为其账户中的任何应用程序启用或禁用事件共享。
