Contacting Snowflake Support

If you are based in China and need technical assistance and support, you can use the Snowflake China Support Portal to submit a case.

The following sections explain how to access the portal and submit a case:

Requesting access to the Snowflake China Support Portal

If you are a new customer, you must first request access to the portal. (If you have already signed up for Snowflake China Support Portal Access, proceed to log in using your credentials.)

Send an email to the Snowflake China Support team at register-snowflakesupport@dcclouds.com.

Include the following information in your email message:

  • Customer’s name

  • Customer’s contact email address

  • Organization name

  • Snowflake organization ID

  • Snowflake account ID

If you do not have access to this information, contact your Account Administrator for help.

Providing these details is essential for the Snowflake China Support team to validate your information and create an account on the Snowflake China Support portal on your behalf.

Accessing the Snowflake China Support Portal

When your request for access has been validated, you will receive an email message containing your assigned username from the Snowflake China Support team.

  1. Log into the Snowflake China Support Portal using the link provided in the email message.

  2. Change your password.

    When you log in for the first time, you must change your password for security purposes. Follow these steps to change your password:

    1. Select Forgot your password?.

    2. Enter your username (the one provided in the email message from the Snowflake Support team) and select Email me.

      The form displays a message that indicates that you will receive an email containing a Reset my password link.

    3. When you receive the email message, follow the link provided in the email to reset your password.

    After you successfully reset your password, you can submit support tickets on the Snowflake Support Portal.

Submitting support tickets

When you log in to the support portal, the support ticket form is displayed.

To ensure swift handling and resolution of your case, provide all of the information required.
