When this behavior change bundle is enabled, the JSON value returned by the SYSTEM$ESTIMATE_QUERY_ACCELERATION function includes the following new property:

Property name	Description
`ineligibleReason`	If the `status` property has the value `ineligible`, this property contains an explanation of why this query couldn’t use Query Acceleration Service (QAS).
