Introduced in the 7.7 release (Mar 6-7) with status Disabled by Default.
Status changed in the 7.13 release (Apr 20-24) to Enabled by Default.
Status changed in the 7.19 release (Jun 7-8) to Generally Enabled; account admins can no longer enable or disable the bundle.
