GRANTS_TO_ROLES View (Account Usage): Match SHOW GRANTS TO ROLE command¶

The behavior of the Account Usage GRANTS_TO_ROLES view is as follows:

Before the change:: The output of the view is not consistent with a SHOW GRANTS TO ROLE command: the view does not list all of the grants to each role.
After the change:: The output of the view is consistent with a SHOW GRANTS TO ROLE command based on the set of enabled features in your Snowflake account.
