When this behavior change bundle is enabled, the Account Usage and Information Schema FUNCTIONS view includes the following new column(s):

Column name	Data type	Description
IS_AGGREGATE	VARCHAR(3)	`YES` if the function is an aggregate function; otherwise, `NO`.
