snowflake.snowpark.Column.cast

Column.cast(to: Union[str, DataType]) → Column[source] (https://github.com/snowflakedb/snowpark-python/blob/release-v1.9.0/src/snowflake/snowpark/column.py#L502-L506)

Casts the value of the Column to the specified data type. It raises an error when the conversion can not be performed.
